At Micki Taylor Photography, all of our products are digital files, which means once your photographs are delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Because digital images cannot be “un-delivered,” all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience any technical issues with downloading or accessing your images, we will work with you to ensure you receive your files successfully.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Session Fees/Deposits:

Session retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your date and time.

 

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or weather, we will work together to find a new date.

 

Cancellations:

If a session is canceled and not rescheduled, the retainer is non-refundable.

 

Image Quality & Satisfaction

 

• We take great care to edit and deliver high-quality images. If you feel something is wrong with your gallery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern and make reasonable adjustments if needed.

 

• Artistic style is subjective, and refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with style, poses, or artistic choices.
